This individual will be an integral part of a high performing team of strategic partners that provide support on a number of different levels to our Executive Leadership Team.    The Executive Assistant is a Strategic Partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) working under the oversight of the Chief of Staff and Chief Compliance Officer with multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team.  The Executive Leadership Team Assistant (ELTA) serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external interactions on all matters pertaining to support of the ELT.   They exercise informed judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize multiple important tasks.  The ELTA works independently on assignments and projects, from conception to completion, and work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.  The ELTA not only has the requisite technical skills to be a highly functioning professional business partner, but has the soft skills required to support the ELT and build trust.   Terros Health is a healthcare organization of caring people, guided by our core values of integrity, compassion and empowerment.
