Terros Health is hiring an Operations Assistant for our 23rd Ave Recovery Center

 

At our 23rd Ave location in Phoenix, AZ

 

Bilingual Differential Pay Available!

 

Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

The Operations Assistant provides direct operational and administrative support to assigned Recovery Center Clinical Director and others, as directed by the Senior Director of Recovery Clinic Services. Supports overall operations for the Recovery Center through maintaining schedules, corresponding with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining tracking spreadsheets and preparing reports. Ensures Wellness University class schedules are maintained, and supplies are stocked, as needed. This position reports to the Recovery Center Clinical Director.

 

Duties Include:

  • Provides administrative support to the assigned Recovery Center Clinical Directors.
  • Maintains, completes, and compiles monthly and weekly deliverable reports, as well as ad hoc report requests for the RBHA or Terros Health. Assists with any special projects, including audit preparation and follow up, or other ad hoc requests from the RBHA or other internal or external stakeholder source.
  • Utilizes electronic health record, business intelligence reports, and other sources of clinical information to prepare, analyze, and deliver reports to the Health Center Director and Senior Director of Recovery Centers in a clear, concise, and organized fashion, as regularly scheduled or upon request.
  • Completes projects assigned by the Health Center Director, and Senior Director of Recovery Centers, as requested.
  • Manages the schedule for the Health Center and Health Center Director. Maintains schedule and calendar for Wellness University classes for each site, including classroom bookings and patient registrations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and/or combination of college education, training, and experience to reflect appropriate level of knowledge and three years related experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Knowledge of word processing systems, i.e., Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Ability to type 55 wpm
  • Ability to read and compose documents in a professional and technically correct manner.
  • Must possess good communication skills and be able to work well with individuals and groups.
  • Must demonstrate time management, organizational, conflict resolution and judgment skills.
  • This role is a non-driving position. This position is performed at one location and does not require travel to various Terros Health centers. May be 18 years of age and with less than two years’ driving experience or no driving experience.
  • Must have a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or able to apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass a TB Test.
