    Terros Health is currently seeking a Chief Integration Officer This position is responsible for developing the organization’s overall clinical, operational, and program management strategies; as well as directs and executes the management of the company’s clinical business lines in a growing and ever-changing healthcare landscape.


    The Chief Integration Officer shall establish, implement, and maintain the highest standards of professional integrated health care for the patients of Terros Health. This position shall provide the clinical leadership in identifying and implementing integrated primary physical health, mental health, and substance use care services, which are effective and efficient, to meet the needs of the patients and to improve their overall health.


    • This position is responsible for developing the organization’s overall clinical, operational, and program management strategies; as well as directs and executes the management of the company’s clinical business lines.
    • Represents the organization at an executive level throughout the planning, execution, reporting, and management process of multiple lines of business.
    • Supports the company’s vision and implements the strategic plan ensuring metrics are met.
    • Establishes clinical business line related priorities based on customer feedback, emerging practices and future requirements.
    • Incorporates whole health and whole person care throughout each company business line.
    • Oversees the evidenced based and evidenced informed practices throughout the company based on a trauma informed approach to care and communication.
    • Ensuring good stewardship and that resources are utilized effectively and ensures financial viability and growth of each clinical business line.
    • Provides adherence to contracted clinical business lines and schedules; develops solutions to problems; and ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Responsible for meeting contract requirements; responding promptly to payer inquiries; monitoring progress of performance under each business line including preparing regular reports; estimates of completion dates; and prompt handling of payer and patient problems.
    • As a company executive leader, the position is tasked with developing and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships.

    • Master’s Degree in behavioral health clinical area with an independent license preferred; Master’s in Business Administration a plus; ten years related experience with five years of supervisory experience.

    • Must be knowledgeable in integrated clinical practices. Strong knowledge in clinical diagnosing, evidence based and informed practices, children’s services, services to individuals determined with a serious mental illness, addictions, medication assisted treatments, primary health, and wellness initiatives. 
    • Strong computer skills with the ability to manage using data and turning the data into meaningful information; strong ability to utilize the electronic health record (NextGen) and produce reports from the EHR. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ensure patients receive timely access to appropriate services and lengths of stay.
    • Experience in health care business development and operating with excellent stewardship.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common professional technical journals, policies, regulations, financial reports, clinical records, contracts and legal documents.
    • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, funders, regulatory agencies, legislators, or member of the business community and find solutions.
    • Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership, stakeholder groups and the Terros Health Board of Directors.
