Provides clinical and administrative supervision of non-medical ACT Specialists on assigned team. Ensures efficient and effective operations, quality of care, customer service, and member outcomes. Provides support and direction to assure ACT services provided are consistent with SAMHSA ACT fidelity standards and best practices. Develops program activities and participates in Terros Health CT Team Excellence Workshops to provide the best workplace environment for ACT Team Specialists, and best clinical care is provided for members served on ACT Teams. Monitors ACT team performance direct team observation, and develops tools to improve key performance indicators related to ACT services. Ensures that assessments and individual services plans are developed and implemented according to regulatory guidelines for each client served on their team. Works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director. Provides on-call crisis intervention services, as well as weekend and holiday coverage.
