    Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator.  You will serve as the clinical supervisor of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment. We are seeking a passionate individual to coach and lead a team in our Recovery Center in Phoenix, AZ.

    Responsibilities

    Under the Agency’s policies and professional requirements, serves as the clinical supervisor of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness, or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment. Provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training and mentoring for case managers, peer mentors, peer health and wellness coaches, family mentors, and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team. Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports. Ensures that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented (according to regulatory guidelines) for each member on their team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 1-3 years of managerial experience preferred
    • 3+ years of behavioral health experience
    • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 20 working days of employment
    • Valid Arizona driver's license required
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, electronic medical record,
    • NextGen preferred
    • Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members. 
    • Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions.
