    Seeking an experienced BILINGUAL Medical Support Specialist for a full-time position in north Phoenix, AZ.

    Seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Support Specialist to work both front office and back office at our 32nd Street clinic in Children's Behavioral Health in north Phoenix, AZ. 


    • Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week
    • Clinical (vitals) and Administrative Tasks
    • Front and Back Office Responsibilities
    • Coordination with Pharmacies and Other Medical Providers
    • Check-in and intakes
    • Scheduling
    • Check Client Eligibility through AHCCCS & RBHA on-line and/or phone verification.  Verify insurance.
    • Completes Appointment Reminder Calls
    • Coordinates Refill Requests & Lab Requests with Medical Provider
    • Competitive Compensation ($12-$12.50+/hour DOE)
    • Full Benefits Package, including 401K
    • Generous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1)
    • Bilingual in Spanish is Preferred (Additional Language Differential Pay is Available)

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
    • Ability to process electronic reports. Proficient in Word and Excel. Healthcare background is preferred.

    • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 20 working days of employment
