    Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Front Desk / Office Assistant at our Priest Recovery Center. This position will be in a fast-paced clinic, greeting and working with clients who have General Mental Health and Serious Mental Health diagnosis. The individual will need to be professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate.

    Performs a variety of basic and confidential front office duties for the Recovery Center Clinic in a responsible manner.  Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, reception, appointment scheduling, and assistance maintaining medical records.  Expected to work closely with the medical and clinical teams and assist, as needed, with back office medical assistant responsibilities.


    Must be willing to work in a fast pace clinic with clients who have General Mental Health and Serious Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment.

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or able to obtain one within 20 working days of employment.

    • One (1) year of healthcare front office experience preferred
    • CPR/First Aid and AED certification preferred.
    • Proficent in Microsoft Word and Excel required
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Must follow HIPAA guidelines in regards to confidential information.
    • Bilingual preferred.
