    Under the agency’s policies, professional requirements and in compliance with contractual standards, the Regional Administrator provides overall leadership and management of assigned sites emphasizing high quality client/patient care using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita”. The Administrator assures compliance with budgets, coordination of clinical and primary care services, staff supervision and coordination with community/state organizations with the purpose of improving the overall health of clients/patients under the region’s purview. The position directly supervises Clinical Coordinators and clinical staff.  Works under the supervision of the Chief of Health and Family Services and upholds the core values of Integrity, Compassion and Empowerment.


    • Education/Experience:
      • Masters Degree in related field
      • 1- 3 years experience
      • Or equivalent combination of experience and education
    • The applicant must have the minimum combination of education and/or experience: licensed at the associated level (LAMFT, LMSW, LAC, LASAC), per ARS Chapter 33 Article 1 under the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and is receiving clinical supervision by an independently licensed Behavioral Health Professional. Has a master’s degree and is licensed at the independent level in accordance with ARS Chapter 33, Article 1, under the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
    • Preferred -Independently licensed clinician.
    • Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members.
    • Strong clinical skills, including crisis de-escalation preferred.
    • Strong administrative skills including organizational design, conflict resolution, planning, strategy, communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions.
    • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and procedures.
    • Valid Arizona Driver’s License
