Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff of our President and CEO, the successful individual will be an intregal part of a high performing team of strategic partners that provide support on a number of different levels to our Executive Leadership Team.
The Executive Assistant Team members are Strategic Partners with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) working under the oversight of the Chief of Staff with multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team. The Executive Leadership Team Assistants (ELTAs) serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external interactions on all matters pertaining to support of the ELT. They exercise informed judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize multiple important tasks. The ELTAs work independently on assignments and projects, from conception to completion, and work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The ELTAs not only have the requisite technical skills to be highly functioning professional business partners, but have the soft skills required to support the ELT and build trust.
