    As a Clinical Manager of Mobile Crisis Services (Central Region), you will be part of one of the most innovative and effective crisis systems in the nation. As a manager, your role will be to lead our teams towards ever improving clinical excellence and outstanding patient care. You will oversee a team of mobile crisis specialists and support them in their efforts to drive clinical and patient care excellence. As a Terros Health leader, you will also have opportunities to work as part of our Terros Health Management Team and contribute to the whole company. The use of data will be critical to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of crisis teams to identify ways to improve clinical services, patient care and stakeholder value. You will report to the Director of Crisis Services for Central Arizona.

    Full-Time Position

    Saturday - Tuesday  (6am - 4pm) 

    Primary Location:  Phoenix, AZ (18th St/ Thomas Rd)


    • Acts as a servant-leader to their team
    • Ensure that crisis staff receives the most current and evidenced based training and supervision to perform crisis functions with excellence
    • Provides outstanding internal and external customer service
    • Uses data to drive clinical and patient care excellence and stakeholder value
    • Owns the department’s budget and operates within it
    • Successfully works in cross-functional teams to solve challenges
    • Model the values of the organization and communicate potential risks and opportunities for the program to supervisor
    • Adhere to Terros, Counseling, Social Work Code of Ethics
    • Ability to present engagingly to larger groups
    • Ensure staff performance reviews (6 month and annual) are completed on or before due dates and reviews incorporate, when available, information in staff files such as kudos, corrective counseling and supervision notes
    • While on-call, respond to pages quickly and effectively problem solve with Crisis staff
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
    • Required - must possess a behavioral health license – LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LASAC, LISAC, LMSW, LCSW– in accordance with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health guidelines and meet all current rules for performing clinical supervision as outlined by the ADHA guidelines.
    • Supervisory experience with the ability to conduct clinical chart reviews and provide clinical consultation to staff
    • Must have or obtain a valid Arizona Driver License, be 21 years of age with a minimum 3 years driving experience. Must meet requirements of Terros driving policy.
