    Terros Health has an immediate need for a highly skilled Customer Support Representative at our Stapley location.


    The Customer Support Representative will be an integral part of a high performing team of skilled healthcare professionals. Our clinical and medical providers are among the best in the industry! This position is responsible for performing a variety of confidential front office duties and tasks at one of Terros Health’s best-in-class, fully integrated community healthcare, out-patient clinics.


    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

    • Answer calls with a high degree of professionalism on our 10 incoming phone lines
    • Perform basic reception duties with a high level of expert customer service - e.g. greeting community members seeking to schedule an appointment or patients arriving for appointments 
    • Schedule appointments with a high degree of accuracy and expedience
    • Engage in a high level of interaction with patients
    • Assist with maintaining medical records
    • Work closely with medical and clinical teams and assist as needed
    • Assist with back office Medical Assistant responsibilities
    • Daily use of a computer in a Microsoft Windows based environment at or beyond a basic level of proficiency
    • Some evenings and Saturdays till 5pm are required
    • Under the Agency’s policies and professional requirements, with oversight from medical/clinical staff, provides supportive services for the medical practitioners and clients.
    • Responsible for follow-ups, support and education of all the medical clients.
    • Verification of client insurance coverage
    • Collection of patient co-payments
    • Provides coordination with pharmacies, RBHA, and other medical providers, as well as completing prior authorizations as needed.
    • Performs program related activities as assigned, facilitates teamwork within the organization and participates in evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, works under the direct supervision of the outpatient clinic Business Office Manager.


    • One to two years healthcare front office experience.
    • CPR/First Aid and AED certification required.
    • Bilingual preferred
