    Responsibilities

    Performs a variety of basic and confidential front office duties for the Terros' Clinics in a responsible manner.  Other duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, reception, appointment scheduling, interaction with SMI clients, and assistance maintaining medical records.  Expected to work closely with the medical and clinical teams and assist, as needed, with back office medical assistant responsibilities.

     

    Must be willing to work in a fast pace clinic with clients who have General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment.

    Qualifications

    •  One (1) year of healthcare front office experience required
    • Medical Assistant Certification/Diploma highly preferred
    • CPR/First Aid and AED certification preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Skills Required
    • Knowledge of State Medicaid System (AHCCCS)
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Bilingual preferred.
