    Responsibilities

    Ability to work in fast-paced outpatient substance abuse program; responsible for the monitoring of outreach and treatment services for the Families F.I.R.S.T. program including coordination with the outreach team, as well as other Families F.I.R.S.T. treatment teams; ensures that families referred to the Families F.I.R.S.T. program receive timely and effective outreach procedures including mobile outreach contact, assessment scheduling; and transition to treatment through coordination, monitoring and reporting activities. This position will be located within the TERROS Central office.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

      • GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of behavioral health (BH) experience or an Associate’s degree in the BH field, or
      • Bachelor’s degree in BH field, or Bachelor’s degree in non-behavioral health field with 1 year minimum of BH experience, or
      • Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health field.                                      

     

    • Bilingual English/Spanish - required (differential pay available)
    • Skill sets required for success in this position include organization, prioritization, project management, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent attention to detail and time management skills
    • Working knowledge of the child welfare/child safety system
    • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 20 working days of employment. 
    • Ability to pass the Central registry
    • Proficiency using the MS office suite.
    • Must have or obtain a valid Arizona Driver License, be 21 years of age with a minimum 3 years driving experience. Must meet requirements of Terros driving policy.
