    Responsibilities

    The East Valley Ladder program is an out-patient program aiming at facilitating change in our clients with co-occurring disorders. As a clinician for our program, you will be responsible for the direct services aimed at health and wellness of the whole person and collaboration with other providers. Flexibility and teamwork are the fundamental principles of a successful clinician.  

    This program operates Monday-Friday 8a-5p, no weekends.

     

    Core duties includes but not limited to:

    • Group counseling
    • Biopsychosocial assessments
    • Develops and implements treatment plans
    • Referral/Coordination of Care/ Discharge Planning
    • Outreach and client engagement
    • Clinical documentation
    • Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Behavioral Health Field.
    • AZ licensure such as LMSW and LAC is highly desired. If in process, please apply
    • Minimum one year experience treating Co-Occurring disorders preferred.
    • Must maintain a valid AZ driver's license with a driving record that meets TERROS Company Driving Policy. Driving is an essential function of this position.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Behavioral Health Field.
    • AZ licensure such as LMSW and LAC is highly desired.
    • Minimum one year experience treating Co-Occurring disorders preferred.
