    Responsibilities

    The LADDER program is co-occurring day program aimed at facilitating changes in our clients as they begin their recovery process. As a BHT, you will be providing a wide range of direct support to assist clients in reaching their recovery goals.  You will work closely with your colleagues including clinicians and a peer support. Flexibility and teamwork are the fundamental principle of a successful BHT in the Ladder program.

     

    Core duties include but not limited to:

    • Plan and provides transportation of clients in the TERROS LADDER Program in the program
    • Handle all aspect of referrals to the program and verify client insurance information
    • Conducts intakes and daily audits of new medical records
    • Prepares hot lunch daily for clients
    • Plan and facilitates activities and groups
    • Participate in morning meeting and staff meeting
    • Outreach and engage clients
    • Coordinate with care with all involved parties

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree and one year of fulltime behavioral health work experience or Associates degree and at least two years of fulltime behavioral health work experience or high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and a combination of education in a field related to behavioral health and fulltime behavioral health work experience totaling at least two years (
    2. Must be able to work well and tactfully with individuals and groups.  Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment.
    3. Must maintain a valid AZ driver’s license with a driving record that meets Terros Health company driving policy. Driving is an essential function of this position.
