Responsibilities

  1. Receptionist for the Terros Health Central Office
  2. Provide administrative support for the HR and Contracts departments including their respective employees
  3. Data entry into various systems
  4. Respond to requests the HR Department receives
  5. Manage and maintain the Trip Reduction Program
  6. Schedule CPR trainings and log in learning management system
  7. Assist with onboarding of new hires
  8. Process fingerprint clearance requests
  9. Assist with responses to subpoenas and requests for verification of employment
  10. Assist with updating job descriptions
  11. Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, or GED
  • CPR/First Aid and AED Certified
  • Excellent customer service and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid (Level 1) fingerprint clearance card within 20 working days of employment
