    • Team supervisor must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the mental health or related field or 5 years’ experience
    • Provides direct clinical care and supervision of Behavioral Health Technicians and Recovery Support Specialists providing transitional services;
    • Coordinates Terros Health client referrals, case management services as needed, tasks involved in serving the clients during their transition into the community;
    • Works with other Program staff, Administrative staff, and Director;  Participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping; 
    • This position has administrative authority of the program staff: hires, trains and evaluates all staff and insures that the program is meeting all state contracts, federal contracts and CARF guidelines.


    • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or behavioral health or 5 years’ experience in field
    • Experience working with persons with Severe Mental Illness
    • Customer service skills, especially good communication skills are needed
    • Valid AZ Driver’s license- Driving is an essential function of this position
    • Ability to work independently, with flexibility, and within prescribed deadlines.
    • Experience in group counseling.
