    Terros Health has an immediate need for an experienced Case Manager. This is an excellent opportunity with one of the state’s leading healthcare providers. The successful individual will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being a member of a high performing clinical team. As a Case Manager in our Outpatient Program you will be responsible for completing assessments and delivery of services to members in accordance with their individualized service plan (ISP). This position will require you to use your excellent communication and documentation shills when working with our valued member's and documenting their progress.


    • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or behavioral health field with experience in behavioral health service delivery or
    • Bachelor’s degree in any field with one year of experience in behavioral health service delivery;
    • Experience working or knowledge with the Child Welfare system is preferred;
    • Experience working with people diagnosed with substance use disorder a plus;
    • Bilingual Spanish/English is also preferred;
    • The position is full time with some evening hours required.
    • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
    • Bilingual/Spanish highly preferred but not required
