Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Program Manager is responsible for administrative and supervisory responsibilities in the areas of program, staff management and development and the physical facilities. The Program Manager assists the administrative personnel in the negotiating and monitoring contracts and planning, developing and evaluating programs and when needed provides direct service to clients.

Qualifications

  • This position requires independent licensure
  • Preference given to those individuals having a combination of experience in program management supervision
  • Management and crisis intervention skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain a close working relationship with the clinical team 
  • Ability to establish rapport with a broad range of clients
  • Good oral and written communication skills
