Responsibilities

Provides ongoing guidance and coaching to mobile crisis staff.  Provides clinical supervision based on guidelines set by the state/AzBBHE.  Provides field observation to staff.  Works with the greater management team to ensure a cohesive unit.  Completes clinical chart reviews and QM audits to ensure documentation standards are met.  Participates in the on-call supervisor rotation to provide 24/7 guidance to mobile crisis staff in the field.  Assist with team coverage as needed.  Conduct performance appraisals as required and corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Possess a behavioral health license in accordance with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to conduct clinical chart reviews and provide clinical consultation to staff
