Responsibilities

  • Under the Agency’s policies and professional requirements, serves as the clinical and administrative supervisor of an outpatient integrated care clinic working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness, or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment.
  • Provides clinical and administrative oversight and supervision, training and mentoring for direct and non-direct reports providing services to clients served.
  • Ensures clinical quality standards are met or exceeded by direct and non-direct reports.
  • Evaluates member care, and promotes an environment of compassionate, high quality service to enrolled individuals.
  • Creates an environment that promotes an outstanding, member-focused, healthcare experience.
  • Supervises clinical activities ensuring program services are provided in accordance with policies and procedures, local and federal laws, regulation and licensure/accreditation standards.
  • Embraces the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe recovery environment for clients. Collaborates with external service providers, including medical providers, to assure best care is provided to clients.
  • Implements the policies and clinical management procedures established by Terros Health.
  • Closely monitors staff performance and key performance indicators, and assures timely and accurate submissions of RBHA deliverables.
  • Effectively uses data to drive health outcomes in a multi-team environment.
  • Works under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Recovery Clinic Services.

 

 

Qualifications

Is licensed at the associated level (LAMFT, LMSW, LAC, LASAC), per ARS Chapter 33 Article 1 under the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and is receiving clinical supervision by an independently licensed Behavioral Health Professional.

Has a master’s degree and is licensed at the independent level in accordance with ARS Chapter 33, Article 1, under the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members. Strong clinical skills, including crisis de-escalation preferred. Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions. Thorough understanding of clinical documentation requirements and procedures. Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred

COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, electronic medical record, NextGen preferred

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS: Valid Arizona Driver’s License, independently licensed clinician preferred
