Terros Health has an immediate need for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support the recruiting and hiring efforts of our three recovery centers. The successful individual will be responsible for managing key aspects of the recruiting process: Including sourcing, job postings, preparation of offer letters, assisting with onboarding, employment branding, interviewing, selection, hiring, and candidate relationship management. This position works collaboratively with our Medical Recruiter, Sr. Directors, Directors, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to execute an efficient and highly effective recruiting process that creates an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruiting experience, is comfortable working independently, approachable and will aggressively work to meet goals; will be service oriented, highly engaged and driven by metrics. 


This position is a Full-Time Contract opportunity  




  • Behavioral healthcare experience highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with ICIMS applicant tracking system
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence leaders
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency using the MS Office suite
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually to visit company’s multiple sites
