As a Customer Service Representative for one of Arizona’s leading, fully integrated, community healthcare providers you will performs a variety of basic and confidential front office duties at one of our state of the art clinics specializing in delivering behavioral health services.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, conducting client interviews, verification of insurance and other benefits; co-pay, co-insurance, and deductible payment collection; answering phones, reception, appointment scheduling, interaction with patients, and provision of excellent customer service at all times. Expected to work closely with the medical and clinical teams and assist, as needed, with back office medical assistant responsibilities. The successful individual will work well independently as well as part of a high performing team. Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
