  • Provides direct treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services in a community setting to clients served on the ACT Team.
  • Works as a team member of a clinical team to assess client needs and wants, participates in the development of individual service plans, acts as a client advocate and liaisons with families and community agencies.
  • Serves as the team’s lead client advocate and mentor. 
  • Is a self-disclosed mental health member and is willing to provide a client’s perspective of the team’s service provision.
  • Provides on-call crisis intervention services, as well as weekend and holiday coverage.


  • Three (3) years experience in the delivery of behavioral health services required.
  • Peer Employment Training certification required.
  • Self-disclosed shared experience in the behavioral health system required.
