Under the Agency’s policies and professional requirements, with oversight from clinical staff provides rehabilitative and supportive services for assigned clients and education and support for their families, performs program related activities as assigned, facilitates teamwork within the organization, participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Case Management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or behavioral health and up to two years behavioral health service delivery or
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field and two to three years of experience in behavioral health service delivery or
  • Associate’s degree in any field and four to five years experience in behavioral health service delivery or
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. and has a combination of behavioral health education and experience totaling at least six years and
  • Experience in the specific area of work applied for
