Provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training and mentoring for case managers, peer mentors, peer health and wellness coaches, family mentors, and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team. Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports. Ensures that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented (according to regulatory guidelines) for each member on their team.
