  • Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Develops project plans.
  • Gathers, defines, and documents project requirements and specifications.
  • Leads the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones.
  • Defines project tasks and resource requirements.          
  • Coordinates project staff and project resource allocation.
  • Delegates project tasks and responsibilities to appropriate project staff.
  • Monitors and reports on progress of the project.
  • Keeps data integrity and quality assurance a priority.
  • Aligns processes with corporate strategy, business requirements and IT capabilites.
  • Provides additional EHR technical support, form and template development and consultation as needed.
  • Acts as ongoing technical project lead on iCentrix business Intelligence initiatve respible for patch updates communicating changes to end users.
  • Creates ad hoc queries, reports and various development tasks as assigned
  • Manages databases activities like backup & restores, exports/imports and monitoring & control. 
  • Helps database team in any data or database projects
  • Determines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyzes results and troubleshoots problem areas.
  • Complies with agency policies and procedures.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.



Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, prioritizes multiple projects effectively
  • Leadership abilities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into complete technical information and then into easily understandable language/documentation
  • Experience in specific area of work applied for such as healthcare services, data analysis, corporate compliance, behavioral health, project management
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively

  • Exposure to database experience in MS SQL Server and database activities like SQLs, backup & restore, monitoring and control will be advantageous
