POSITION SUMMARY:

Terros Health is seeking an industrious, motivated individual for the position of Marketing Assistant and Researcher. Responsibilities have an emphasis on gathering and compiling market, audience and competitor research; maintenance of marketing and communications dashboard; regular reporting on specific KPIs; and the development of white papers and other research-supported documents. This position will also support grant-writing efforts with research and data collection.

Responsibilities

 

  • Ongoing market research and analysis; such as defining audience demographics, tracking of competitors’ efforts, and reporting on environment changes and economic trends. Some special marketing research will occur as part of new business development efforts as well.
  • Development and maintenance of a Marketing metrics Dashboard that measures effectiveness of;
  1. Social media audience growth, engagement and reach
  2. Earned media reach, share of voice and influence
  3. Marketing campaign performance (and leads)
  4. Website growth, engagement and conversions
  5. Event conversions
  6. Market share
  • Understand business objectives and design routine surveys or assessments to discover customers’ preferences, habits, etc. port on findings, recommend tools and processes to improve customer engagement.
  • Stay informed on market trends and report on findings
  • Support grant-writing team with research, writing or data collection, etc.
  • Maintain CRM system featuring customers, influencers and competitors data and demographics

Qualifications

 

  • Five plus years of experience in marketing, communications and market research
  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business or Statistics
  • Strong communications, writing and editing skills with ability to interpret and convey data
  • High aptitude in using search engines, web analytics and business research tools
  • Familiarity with CRM programs and maintaining a CRM
  • Strong knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
